How to use image filters and make memes

OcelotBOT can warp, deepfry, caption and otherwise ruin any picture without you leaving Discord. Image filters and meme generators are all slash commands, so just add OcelotBOT to your server and type /.
Apply an image filter
Filters live under /filter. Pick one and give it an image:

Some of the filters you can use:

/filter bulge | Makes the middle of the image bulge outwards |
/filter implode | Squeezes the image inwards |
/filter deepfry | Ruins the image |
/filter jpeg | Adds lots of JPEG compression |
/filter swirl | Twists the image into a spiral |
/filter wave | Makes the image wavy |
/filter zoom | Adds a speedy zoom blur |
/filter rainbow | Adds a rainbow effect |
/filter mirror | Mirrors the image |
/filter rotate | Rotates the image by a number of degrees |
/filter sharpen | Sharpens the edges |
/filter monochrome | Turns the image black and white |
/filter paint | Makes it look like an oil painting |
/filter shake | Shakes the image |
/filter removebg | Tries to remove the background (needs Premium) |
You can see all of them in the full command list by choosing the filter category.
Choose which image to use
You don't have to give a link every time. For the image option you can:
- Paste a link to an image
- Mention a user (
@Big P) to use their avatar - Put in an emoji
If you leave it empty, OcelotBOT uses the most recent image posted in the channel. There's more detail in image command priorities.
Make a meme
Image macros
/images imagemacro puts white text with a black outline on an image, like it's 2011 again. Put the top text and bottom text in text, separated by a /:
- /images imagemacroimagehttps://placekitten.com/800/800textone does not simply / walk into mordor
Meme templates
Some popular meme formats are ready-made. For example:
- /images changemymindtextPineapple belongs on pizza
Other commands in the images group include /images tradeoffer, /images ronald, /images shy, /images crush and /images overlay, which puts one image on top of another. Browse the memes category in the command list to find more.
Text memes
Text commands like /spongebob, /clap and /zalgo reformat whatever you type:
- /spongebobtextyou can't be serious
Save your server's memes
Keep a list of your server's in-jokes with /meme:
/meme add name:fridge image:https://example.com/fridge.pngsaves a meme/meme randomshows a random one from your server/meme listand/meme infolet you look through what has been saved/meme deleteremoves one
Troubleshooting
- OcelotBOT needs the Attach Files permission in the channel to send the finished image.
- "No image found" means there was nothing usable in the
imageoption and no recent image in the channel. OcelotBOT also needs View Channel and Read Message History to look for one. - If you can't see the commands when you type
/, see slash commands not showing up.
